Venue hire

 Below is the process to follow when wanting to hire School facilities. 

  1. Meet with Facilities Business Manager to discuss hire requirements and necessary paperwork, request meeting by emailing BSM@ravenshoess.eq.edu.au
  2. Complete Hire Agreement
  3. Complete Community User Risk Assessment
  4. Provide Certificate of Currency for Liability Insurance (where applicable)
  5. Meet with Facilities Business Manager to finalise agreement and arrange access​
